This book is wonderful for a motivator! The tips in it and the way they are developed by Ms. Burke starts drawing you in and you cannot put it down until you reach the end. I cannot do much for others but I CAN encourage. This book gave me encouragement to better my talent and is well worth the price for anyone and a must have for your library!

I am always looking for inspiring customer service books. I read the reviews of this oddly titled book and decided to buy it. Imagine my surprise when I read the book…and it was about employees at a utility…which is where I work too! It was a quick read and an inspiration to ANYONE that loves customer service even when it beats you down. It is a must share with the office.

As a customer service trainer in a call center, I read customer service materials continuously and listen to customer service podcasts daily. This has to be the most helpful easy to read book I have encountered. I have passed it on to my team leaders, and my Senior VP of Operations. I have been asked to order copies for our entire call center in New York City and Las Vegas. I will personally bring copies with me to our India office and use this as a textbook for customer service training. If you are a Customer Service Trainer, Manager, Representative or any person on the street who questions how you deal with people, this is the most perfect read. Don’t pass it up.
